Official Club Activities
Annual General Meeting: January. Annual election of officers. Reports by the outgoing executive and possible amendments to the club bylaws.
Executive Meeting: Monthly. The executive meet to carry out club business. Club members may attend as observers, but, if they wish to address the meeting, they must make prior arrangements with the president.
Monthly Meeting: featuring presenters from local or national computer organizations.
Association of Personal Computer User Groups BB&C is a member of the world-wide Association of Personal Computer User Groups (APCUG). The APCUG Annual Conference is usually held in Las Vegas early in January
RainCoast Regional Conference: A Regional Conference of computer user groups from BC, Washington and Oregon held annually in October on the Canadian Thanksgiving and US Memorial Day weekend. We hosted the 1997 conference.

Training Courses We offer a selection of formal training courses for our members and the public.
Newsletter Editorial Review: This is a newsletter working meeting held on a Thursday evening just pror to publication of each issue . Members wishing to learn about the production of the newsletter are welcome.
Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
SIGs are conducted by volunteers who organize and run them. As such, they are a unofficial club activities—the SIG coordinator, serves primarily to coordinate times. Members wishing to start a SIG should contact a member of the executive.

Social Activities
Pre-Monthly Meeting Social Come for dinner, dessert, or for coffee and meet the other members of your club in an easy and friendly atmosphere. Whenever a Monthly Meeting is scheduled—usually second Monday of the month.
Clubhouse Social Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1 to 4pm and Tuesdays from 9am to 4pm at the clubhouse.
Picnic We usually hold a picnic each summer. In 2005, it was at French Beach.
