Reports to the Executive
At each monthly director's meeting, directors present reports of their committees and other activities during the previous thirty days. Our Minutes record official decisions (usually by motions) and summarize the main discussions and reports. However, many directors present comprehensive reports by email and they are made available from the menu on the left. See also Bylaw 44. "A committee ...must report every act or thing done in exercise of those powers to the earliest meeting of the directors to be held next after it has been done."
Reports may be edited to remove private information and some reports and pages require member logon.
Members may attend any meeting of the directors (except occasional "in-camera" sessions) but must obtain permission to address the chair.
