Membership Report November 2007
Member stats:
At the end of October according to member stats page, we had 254 members, up 24 from 230 a year ago, and the same as the last two months. This included 1 corporate, 2 students, 5 Life members, 2 trial members, and 29 associates.
Database errors:
Three members are shown with no expiry date--to be fixed.
Membership processing
While Ann Young is away, I have sent reminders to those with expiring memberships. Have not done the member cards since Oct 15th... Have to learn laminating first.
Old and New website
Join and renew forms were taken offline on the old site, because resulting emails are not reaching clients.
Join/renew/update form is ready for testing on new web site. Modifications to include and test
1) Credit card checksum
2) Reduce member fields reported in emails from join/renew/update.
